Our experience at the Fieldston has been incredible. The spacious apartment, amenities, other residents we've met, the activities calendar and the peace and quiet has been amazing. Because of this move, I never want to live in a house again. We're just so excited we found the Fieldston. It's been life changing.

I have lived at The Fieldston of Fairway for the past eight months, and I have been very pleased with my decision to make it my home. The transition to apartment living has been a positive experience, and there are many things I appreciate about living here. The residents and staff have been friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which has made settling in much easier. I also appreciate the many amenities and activities available at The Fieldston. There is always something going on, whether it is a social gathering, an activity, or simply an opportunity to visit with other residents. I especially enjoy having opportunities to stay active and involved rather than feeling isolated. The staff deserve special recognition. They are professional, approachable, and genuinely interested in making life here enjoyable for the residents. Having people who are willing to help and who know you by name makes The Fieldston feel more like a community than simply an apartment building. George Howell Apt 319

Facility and amenities are terrific. Love meeting the great residents, a very eclectic blend of people. Maintenance staff is top-notch. Any problems/issues that surface are responded to with respect and consideration for everyone in residence.

The Fieldston is a great place to live. The events and planning are well done, the grounds and facilities are well maintained. These points are critical to the enjoyment of living here.

There’s a little bit too much drama in this community for me to give a full five star review. There is a certain group of people that complain too much about the smallest things and lower. The total experience that some of the other residents could possibly have.

residents and staff very friendly and helpful. Really nice common areas. I particularly like the easy access to the neighborhood in back of us because it makes a great area to walk my dogs.

I moved in here in Nov 2025. Finally getting settled. I enjoy my apartment, the socializing and events , clubs etc. The event planner is amazing and works hard so we all have a fun happy atmosphere. The front office and maintenance are amazing!!! Thank you for a beautiful safe place to live. Judy Newell
